    • Hello,
      I'm sorry, but i don't speak deutsch...
so, i you can answer in english or french it's really cool ;)

I got a Jet-Force 50 TSDI, a malossi multivar with 6,4g rollers, and a Leovince RR exaust, and i got some questions :

      1) I want to buy a 70cc cylinder kit, should i buy a MALOSSI or POLINI one ? I have see that the malossi kit contains a new black box for the injection system, does the POLINI got one too ?

      2) After the cylinder kit, should i buy a new variator kit, exaust, clutch, belt, or anything else ?

      3) Where i can find a PDF file with the disassembly/assembly procedure ? Because i don't know how to dissasemble the motor block from the rest of the frame.

      Thank you
    • 1( It would be better if you buy polini.
2)Vario multivar is okay,Exhaust rr will do fine(polini forrace2 better)malossi delta clutch and malossi kevlar belt.
3)I dont recommend that you dissasemble the motorblock if you dont know how it would be better if you take jetty to you dealer and that he make the tuning work.
    • ok, thanks

in fact i have already install cylinder kits on many mbk nitro, speedfight, ect ...my job is mechanic ;) but never on a jet-force.

That's why i need help to know where the part to dissassembly are, and how ...

Some PDF file like an exploded view should be fine ...
or if you got any other file usefull to do this ...
    • No i dont have.If you have done this than its ok.Its simular than on other motors. You have to be very very careful that you dont mix the air and gasoline on the injection!!Nothing else is other. And a warning!!!You have to watch the air filter that it is corectly pluged on and you must i repeat must not!!!!!!Rune engine with out it!!!!!
