Jetforce C-tech Derestriction

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the english but I can't find any information available for this scooter in english!!

Please Help............ I Picked up my new Jetforce C-Tech on Monday. My dealer took the plate off of my variator before I picked it up and my scoot does 70 Kmh on the flat & 80 Kmh down hill.

I have ordered a replacement CDI and am looking for some info on what to do with the large pipe on the exhaust that goes nowhere? Do i just cut it off and weld up the hole?? and will I have to rejet the carb after doing this???

I also want to change the exhaust but I too have a small pipe coming from the exhaust and leading to the air box???? this small pipe is located much nearer to the silencer than the large pipe mentoned above... What does this do???

Please tell me how to fully derestrict my jetforce.......

1. Do I need a larger main jet in the Carburetor??

2. I fitted a new CDI from www.scooter-center.com and now my jetforce wont start!!

Old CDI = Engine Runs :o)
New CDI = Engine Does Not Run :o(

Mods = Exhaust Cut, 58 Main Jet & Variator Open

Speed = 60-80 KMH

Which Mod Next?? = 70CC Sport?? or Exhaust?? or Variator??

I will look at the Malossi - Can I still use the 12mm Carb with standard exhaust and what size Ersatzteile??

58 main jet? = 58 Main Ersatzteile (I think)

Do I need a CDI?? What are the max RPM with my standard CDI??

oh i know waht u mean no u will have to get a bigger one like 90 or more
u will have to try out with what it runs good

and a bigger curb wolud be better for the temperature..
with a bigger one, the engine wont heat up so fast..
