    • ok, so, i've already modified my variator, and my mechanic had unlock my ECU...
      Now I run to about 75 km/h.
what can i do more ?
i read that some of you can go to about 90 km/h !
have you change the exhaust ?
      or something else ?
i also read on this forum that the exist a "racing" version of the software for the ECU ?
what can i do for more speed ?
      thanks
    • there are a few options, what u could change:

      1. tuning-variator (ive got a malossi multivar, but not installed yet. my jetti is @ service. u get better speeding up and better topspeed)

      2. tuning-clutch (its not for topspeed, but for better speeding up)

      3. tuning-exhaust (exhausts on direct-injection scoots give u nearly no power in the lower rpm. but from about 70kmh until topspeed u get a better speeding-up. highspeed is a few kmh better now.)

      4. tuning-speed drive (better speeding up, but u must have a hard tuned engine. so its not useful for a standard fitted engine.)

      5. there will be 70ccm-kits, but there is no date when u can get them on market (for malossi-sportkit u will pay about 280€. its so expensive because mechanical fitting is not necessary. in this kit u get a new ECU with the software for the 70ccm.)

to my knowledge the unlocked ECU-version is the same as the racing-version.

finally i hope, i could help u a bit. if there are still questions, ill try to help u again :)

greets from germany to france ;)
May the (Jet)Force be with you!

    • ok, thanks ;)
what do you think about the leovince RR ?
do you thinks it's the best choice with a malossi multivar ?

do you think it's normal that i can go to "only" 75 km/h ?

When you say "exhausts on direct-injection scoots give u nearly no power in the lower rpm" does it mean that you have less power with a new exhaust than the original at low rpm, or just no more ?
      Thanks again !

greets from france to germany too ;)
    • normally your topspeed must be better, when u had unlocked the ECU. how many rpms makes your engine when u are driving topspeed?? maybe the ECU isnt really unlocked?!

my RR is more for optic and sound...but he has got a good side effect ;) in speeding up from 70kmh...there is no losing on power @ the lower rpms...it runs in this rpms like the original exhaust...

whether u buy a leo vince or an other exhaust, it wont bring much power...but i will tell u if my scoot runs better with unlocked ECU and RR or with the original exhaust...

i cant say much about the multivar (it wasnt installed until now)...but all people i know are content with this vario...i talked with a jetti-driver who has installed RR, multivar and other springs in his ori-clutch...he drives with unlocked ECU about 90kmh
May the (Jet)Force be with you!

    • ok, i've tested again today :
i made 79 kmh max on flat ground.
      and there i'm about 8800 - 9000 rpm ...
so, ECU not unlocked ??? what do you think ?

How is the sound, once leovince RR installed ?
much better I think ... sounds like you had a biggest motor ?

Can the original exhaust be unsling ?

and, last question, do you know the release date for the malossi 70cc kit ?

      Thanks again ;)
    • with 9000rpm it must be unlocked...put your scoot on the stator and try again...if the needle comes into the red area, the ECU is unlocked...

sounding of RR is great...i can show u a video of me with my jetti and RR...check this:

      http://home.arcor.de/ftscooters/PICT0028.MOV
      http://home.arcor.de/ftscooters/stoppi.MOV

what do u mean with "Can the original exhaust be unsling?" ??

there is no date when the kit will be released...
May the (Jet)Force be with you!

    • Ok, i've see your video, the sounding is great !
it seem like you're on a 125cc or more !
      nice little stoppi !
and i see that your jetti color is same as mine ! ;)

when you said "put your scoot on the stator and try again"
      what is a stator ?

and you, wich speed do you reach ?

when I said "Can the original exhaust be unsling?"
      i mean :
Is the original exhaust is limited by any mean like on another scooter ?
(pipe that limit the gaz flow, ect ...)

oh, do you have the manual workshop for the jetti in pdf ?
      i didn't found it ...

      last thing :
what is the price for the RR in germany, and do you know a good online shop for that ?

      thanks, thanks, thanks !!! ;)
