  • Thanks for answers Just one more question to be answered, what differense does the Malossi CDI box make?

  • Zitat von BigPhil: „i think the original jet force with a leovince handmade just need a bigger 'main nozzle' and not a bigger carburator do you already know that you also have to change the variator? you need other weights and 'coupling springs'! i mean if you change these things your jet force will run better but if you have more question just ask me ;)“ Yeah i kow that i dont need a bigger carburator, but the one i have is kinda fucked and the choke doesnt work right. So im going to buy a new …

  • Hey. I have never gotten my Jet-Force to run in idle or run right at all, so im just going to buy a new carburator. I was thinking of the DellOrto PHVA 17,5mm, would that work fine with original 50cc? It has a Leovince ZX installed, and all restrictions removed, so how large main jets should i buy with the carb? And i have one more question, when i bought it i got a Malossi CDI ignition module included. Is this any different from the original ignition module? Thanks in advance

  • Zitat von antown: „bad acceleration? hm sure that you use the right oil? how many kilometers has your scooter driven yet?“ I use Castrol 2 stroke oil from the local mc shop. Its gone around 8600km. EDIT: But isnt it normal for jet-forces to go around 60 original? If i get stopped by the police i can say that, and no restrictions is "removed" Its like 3 jet-forces on the whole island here and the other ones is TDSI versions.

  • Well now ive added 3 washers on every of the screws between the plate and the variomatic, and now it goes 60km/h But still the same really slow acceleration. Possible to get it better without increasing the speed?

  • Im kinda sick of driving with it restricted tho. How fast would it go with everything original, and removing that plate from the variomatik, and a Leo Vince Homemade ZX? And if so what weights would i need for the vario? Because i have that exhaust laying around. Would it give me good acceleration? And what other parts would help on the acceleration? Wouldt buy too much, not cylinder or anything. BTW: Is the weights and clutch springs that come with this exhaust the right ones? and the best?

  • Zitat von antown: „have you got a ring in front of your variomatic?? normaly, there is only this disk, and no ring“ I dont think its any ring there no. But could it be that we didnt have enough washers?

  • Zitat von antown: „no, no, english is ok^^ you can also put 2 or 3 washers (such ones) on the screws between the disk an the variomatic. so your jet should run about 60km/h ;)“ I think we tried that in the start but it didnt work, didnt give any boost. Maybe we didnt have enough washers? Isnt the ring there to stop it from gearing more up or something?

  • Im from the west coast of norway, a island named Stord. I already knew about this with the variomatik, but i see everywhere that these scooters go between 55-60 without removing that ring. Also the first owned of this very scooter said it went 60 original when he had it. The problem is if i get stopped by the police here, which it is very many of, I get a fine of around 700$ and they take my liscence plate. If its not original. Im just wondering whats wrong with mine, its so slow and i get passe…
